Stakeholders Communication Channel and Frequency

Actron follows the GRI Universal Standards 2021 for its materiality analysis process. By engaging with stakeholders and assessing the positive and negative impacts of sustainability issues, we identified major topics that serve as the foundation for our sustainability strategy planning and the information disclosed in the ESG report.   


Actron has established diverse communication channels with various stakeholders to discuss important issues regularly. In 2024, the status of the communication with stakeholders was reported to the board of directors on May 7, 2025. Detailed information is presented in the table below.

Suppliers

Suppliers are one of the business partners of Actron, and through acts of procurement, we convey the concept of integrity, focus on quality and sustainable operations, to achieve a positive influence on suppliers to implement social responsibility with us jointly.

  • According to the results of the 2024 supplier evaluation, 41 suppliers were ranked as Excellent, 7 suppliers were ranked as Grade A, 0 supplier was ranked as Grade B, 0 supplier was ranked as Grade C, and 0 suppliers were ranked as Grade D.
  • Supplier Code of Conduct signing rate for main raw materials of 100%.

  • Complied with environmental protection regulatory requirements without any significant occurrence of violations.
  • Participated in the Nankan river patrol for 9 consecutive years, and collected a total of 2,252kg of waste.
  • Participated in children’s education and tutoring for nearby elementary schools for 9 consecutive years, with a total of 494 children having benefited.

The government is the establisher and promoter of policies related to sustainability. Actron rigorously complies with laws and acts in line with the policies promoted by the competent authorities, in order to establish a transparent, safe, and conforming production environment.
