Message from the Management

Actron Technology has been guided by a core philosophy “to deliver high-quality automotive products that exceed customer expectations while creating greater value for shareholders, employees, and society”.  This commitment has driven us to become a leading global supplier of automotive electronic components.  As we enter our 25th year, Actron continues to navigate global industrial transformation and market challenges with resilience, exceptional manufacturing capabilities, agile market responsiveness, and strong R&D expertise.  In 2024, our global market share in diodes is estimated to exceed 50%, reflecting our leadership position in the industry.    

Despite facing global geopolitical tensions, rapid advancements in AI technology, inflationary pressures, and complex international political and economic dynamics, Actron demonstrated solid growth momentum in 2024.  Our consolidated annual revenue reached NT$7.58 billion, representing a 34% year-over-year increase, marking a new record high in the company’s history.

Robust Governance for Sustainable Development

Sustainable development has been a core pursuit of Actron Technology. Through systematic integration, the company continues to invest resources in three key pillars of sustainability: sustainable governance, a greener future, and inclusive growth. These efforts are closely aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), embedding sustainability into the very fabric of our corporate culture.   


Through the dedicated efforts of our Corporate Sustainability Committee, we continuously optimize our ESG performance to meet the expectations of all stakeholders.  Actron has been ranked among the top 5% of TPEx-listed companies in the Corporate Governance Evaluation for nine consecutive years.  We've also received the “Common Wealth Sustainable Citizen Award" for nine consecutive years, achieving an impressive third place in the Mid-sized Enterprise category in 2024.  Furthermore, we've been honored with the " Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Report Award" nine times and once again received the "Top 100 Taiwan Sustainable Enterprise Award" by TCSA.  All of which show the company’s outstanding achievements in sustainable corporate management.

Green Innovation and Proactive Carbon Reduction

To strengthen our market competitiveness in the new energy vehicle sector, Actron is actively driving innovative product development to secure our future position. As hybrid electric vehicle penetration continues to rise, our 48V MOSFET modules have shown steady growth. We have also developed and certified corresponding chips in-house, enhancing production quality while effectively reducing costs. Moving forward, we will expand sales channels for these chips, optimize our business model, and further improve our market competitiveness.  For SiC modules, a critical component in electric vehicles, we're actively progressing towards becoming an Integrated Device Manufacturer (IDM). This involves mastering end-to-end production, from IC design and wafer fabrication to packaging and testing, and strengthening supply chain resilience through vertical integration to enhance future profitability.   


In response to global climate change, Actron has implemented comprehensive energy-saving and carbon reduction strategies.  We have established ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 environmental and energy management systems to build a solid foundation for sustainable operations, and we have completed GHG inventories in accordance with ISO 14064 standards, aligning closely with government carbon reduction initiatives.  In 2024, our total greenhouse gas emissions decreased by 8.3% compared to 2023, while electricity consumption per unit product fell by 7.92% compared to the 2020 baseline year.  Additionally, our solar power generation reached 504,817 kWh (fully sold to the grid).  By actively implementing low-carbon manufacturing, we achieved the 1.5°C temperature control target and were awarded the Common Wealth Magazine 1.5°C Certificate, ranking 12th among more than a thousand participating companies.

Employee Care and Inclusive Growth

Actron has built a robust talent development system and implemented an online training management platform.  We aim to enhance employees’ professional competencies through blended learning approach.  In support of family care, Actron has further increased its childbirth subsidies to encourage family growth.  In 2024, our employee birth rate reached 2.59%, which is three times the national average.  Additionally, we expanded our health checkup items and introduced an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), promoting holistic employee health.  Our consistent efforts in talent sustainability have earned us the Common Wealth Magazine Talent Sustainability Award for two consecutive years, underscoring our commitment to cultivating talent.    

Looking into the future, Actron will implement ESG strategies comprehensively and connect with international development trends, in order to create a win-win scenario for the company, society, and the environment.
