Caring and Accompanying – Child Education and Tutoring
To help children with academic problems, Actron volunteer team has continued to participate in the “Child Education and Tutoring Program” at Taoyuan City Luzhu Elementary School. In 2025, the volunteer team provided care to 49 students, and we have assisted a cumulative total of 494 students through the program for a period of eight years. With the different education methods and guidance of the volunteers, the low school performance of students has been improved, and the children’s confidence in learning has also been established, in order to promote school children’s growth and development through the power of education.
Invoice Donation, Simple Welfare Contribution for Everyone
Actron’s volunteer team continues to respond to the “Invoice Donation, Simple Welfare Contribution for Everyone” activity, and under the call for care and love for society, employees have all contributed their efforts. With the increasing popularity of electronic invoices and the reduction of physical invoice collection, in 2025, we have collected 488 invoices and donated them to the “Syin-Lu Social Welfare Foundation Taoyuan Branch” to assist disadvantaged groups and contribute efforts in helping others in need.
Battery Recycling and Care for the Disadvantaged
Actron cooperates with the dry battery recycling activity organized by the Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan, and we continue to enhance the internal promotion every month and encourage employees to participate in the recycling and to contribute their efforts to our environment. In 2025, we donated 56.5kg of batteries collected to the “Parents’ Association for Persons with Intellectual Disability, Taoyuan City” and reduced 452m2 (Note) soil contamination (calculated based on D battery of 125g/piece).
Note: According to the information of Daai TV News, one single D battery rotten in the soil can cause 1 square meter of soil to lose its useful value.
Industry-Academia Exchange
To promote international industry-academia collaboration and technical exchange, Actron continues to engage with academic institutions in Taiwan and overseas through company visits and professional knowledge sharing. In June 2025, Actron hosted student groups from Europe and the United States, providing insights into semiconductor industry trends and applications while helping students connect academic learning with future career development.
Actron also actively participates in semiconductor and automotive electronics forums as an invited speaker, sharing its technical expertise and market insights in automotive semiconductors. Through exchanges with industry, government, and academia, Actron promotes global industry and technology collaboration and contributes to the sustainable development of Taiwan’s semiconductor industry.
Give Blood, Share Hope
Actron held two blood donation events in January and July 2025, collecting a total of 228 units of whole blood. Approximately 20% of participants were first-time donors, reflecting employees’ strong commitment to giving back to society. Through these initiatives, Actron encourages employees to participate in community engagement and contribute to positive social impact.
