Personnel Structure and Management

Talent Structure

Actron upholds a people-centered spirit with DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) at its core, committed to promoting and implementing a diverse and inclusive policy. We also adhere to internationally recognized human rights standards and have established a human rights policy based on principles such as lawful employment, anti-discrimination, equal opportunity, and the prohibition of child labor. In compliance with local laws, we provide equal employment opportunities regardless of gender, religion, race, nationality, political affiliation, sexual orientation, pregnancy status, disability, or social background. We are committed to ensuring the protection of employee rights.

As of the end of 2024, the total number of employees of Actron is 1,735 people (including the subsidiaries Ding-Wei Technology, Smooth-Qingdao Plant, bigbest Technology, REC Technology, MOSE). The employment of all employees complies with the regulatory requirements. Actron provides complete training courses, welfare system and salary package, in order to encourage employees to continuously improve themselves and to create a stable and friendly workplace for long-term development. In 2024, the number of employees with seniority below 5 years was 46.4%, and the number of employees with seniority above 10 years was 32.9%. In addition, the new employee (indirect) retention rate was 84.6%.  In addition, we also have non-employee workers, including 13 personnel such as cleaning staff and security guards.

Performance Management

Actron implements the personal work target setting and execution for all employees according to the operational policy and strategy of the company. Mid-year and year-end performance evaluations are conducted annually in order to select outstanding talent and to understand any difficulties and bottlenecks faced by employees at work, thereby providing guidance on the improvement of work methods and increasing work efficiency and performance. In addition, we also link the overall operational profit of the company to the employees’ performance, to provide benefits to employees with outstanding performance. In addition to demonstrating our appreciation for the contributions of outstanding employees, we also seek to motivate other employees to improve their potential. All official employees qualifying the six-month probation are required to accept the annual performance evaluation mechanism. In 2024, the ratio of staff receiving the performance evaluation was 100%.

Application for Leave without Pay, Return and Retention Status for Parental Leave

When an employee is subject to the conditions of maternity, military service or major injury requiring a long period of leave, they may apply for leave without pay. After the period has passed, they can apply to return to the job position. This way they can satisfy the needs of family care. Actron encourages male and female employees with children under the age of 3 to apply for maternity leave without pay in order to allow the children at home to receive the best care.  In 2024, the application rate for parental leave was 13.24%, with a return-to-work rate of 75%.  For those who returned to work after a year of parental leave in 2024, the retention rate was 60%, primarily because female employees still have family caregiving responsibilities (accounting for 100%).
