Application for Leave without Pay, Return and Retention Status for Parental Leave
When an employee is subject to the conditions of maternity, military service or major injury requiring a long period of leave, they may apply for leave without pay. After the period has passed, they can apply to return to the job position. This way they can satisfy the needs of family care. Actron encourages male and female employees with children under the age of 3 to apply for maternity leave without pay in order to allow the children at home to receive the best care. In 2024, the application rate for parental leave was 13.24%, with a return-to-work rate of 75%. For those who returned to work after a year of parental leave in 2024, the retention rate was 60%, primarily because female employees still have family caregiving responsibilities (accounting for 100%).
