Remuneration and Incentive

To attract and retain appropriate talent, Actron provides competitive remuneration. The employee remuneration of Actron includes the base salary, various allowances, bonuses, and employee profit sharing. The remuneration standard is not affected by the gender, religion, race, nationality, political party of employees. The overall employee remuneration is comprehensively determined based on professional knowledge, skills and educational background, experience, job duties, and work performance.  The salary package and labor conditions of all employees of Actron are under basic protection and are also superior than the standards specified in Taiwan’s labor laws and the International Bill of Human Rights.

Annual salary

  • Annual salary of 14 months of monthly salary is guaranteed (12 months of fixed salary, 1 month bonus for the Lunar New Year bonus, and a half-month bonus for both the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival)

Salary adjustment

  • In 2024, the average salary adjustment of the entire company was 6.01%.
Employee profit sharing
  • An amount equivalent to 11.5% of the net profit before tax was appropriated in 2024 for employee profit sharing in order to encourage employees.

Surplus earnings bonus

  • This bonus is issued depending upon the actual EPS status of the current year. The surplus earnings bonus in 2024 was 1.5 months of salary.
Quarterly performance bonus

  • This bonus is issued to encourage direct personnel with quarterly performance ranked top 15%.

Patent bonus

  • Bonuses are issued to encourage innovative patent proposals from all employees, and a proposal bonus, application bonus and certificate bonus have been established.

QIT bonus

  • From September to October of each year, the QIT presentation conference (quality competition) is organized to encourage employees to propose innovation and improvement projects
  • 1st place: NT$60,000; 2nd place: NT$40,000; 3rd place: 20,000; 4th place: NT$10,000 Participation prize: NT$3,000

Seniority bonus

  • l   To appreciate senior employees with seniority reaching 10 years, 15 years and 20 years, each employee receives a bonus of NT$3,600 and a trophy.

Parenting and Educational Allowance

  • Childcare allowance of NTD 5,000 per month for each child under the age of 6. Educational allowance of NTD 20,000 per year for each child between the age of 6-23 at school.
  • A total of NT$13,160,000 in allowances was issued in 2024.

Pension System

With a sound financial system, Actron provides pension appropriation and payment according to the “Labor Standards Act” and “Labor Pension Act”. In addition to the appropriation in accordance with regulatory requirements, Actron also confirms the appropriation is sufficient in December of each year in order to guarantee the benefits of employees requesting pension payments in the future. 100% of employees of the company participate in this pension program.

According to the Labor Standards Act (old system of retirement system), not less than 2% is appropriated as the pension reserve, and Actron appropriates a labor pension reserve based on 2% of the employees’ salaries to the Supervisory committee of workers’ retirement reserve fund, and deposits the amount in the account of Bank of Taiwan under the name of the committee. In 2024, a total of NT$1,032,684 was appropriated and deposited. In addition, according to the “Labor Pension Act”, Actron appropriates 6% of the monthly salaries of employees for the pension. In 2024, a total of NT$ 25,004,560 was appropriated and deposited in the personal accounts of employees at the Bureau of Labor Insurance.
