Diverse Learning and Development
Actron has established a three-track core competency system based on employees’ roles, personal traits, and professional skills: managerial, technical, and administrative tracks. To meet the various needs of each position, we have developed five key frameworks: "Management Academy," "Quality Academy," "R&D Academy," "Professional Fields," and "General Education Courses." The "Training Procedure" is set as the execution guideline for employee education and training. We conduct regular annual reviews of training procedures to ensure the quality of training implementation.
