AEPR20B12C1LT power module has a 6 in 1 topology design integrated with the latest composite silicon carbide semiconductor MOSFET power chips, applicable for xEV/e-mobility traction inverters operating with 800V systems. With a maximum current output at 400A and drives the motor to deliver output at 250kW. Equipped with built-in high efficiency pin fin heat spreader to offer high reliability and power density. AEP power module is the optimal solution for electrified vehicles.
