Power Module -
AEP380B12TFST power module has a 6 in 1 topology design integrated with IGBT power semiconductors, applicable for xEV/e-mobility traction inverters operating with 800V systems. With a maximum current output at 380A and drives the motor to deliver output at 150kW. Equipped with built-in high efficiency pin fin heat spreader to offer high reliability and power density. AEP power module is the optimal solution for electrified vehicles.
